He was born in Venezuela, in the middle of a green pasture, and due to force majeure before he was 4 years old, he was displaced to Colombia, to the town of Puerto Nariño, in the municipality of Saravena. Shortly after, his parents took him there. to the village of Aguachica (Arauquita), growing up there, before the age of 18, in the midst of terror, fear, murders with machete, with firearms and even select murders by illegal groups; Yes, thanks to the guidelines of his father and mother, he grew up with solid principles for democracy.

A test from God, at 17 and 20 years old

At the age of 17 in 1993, he was offered to be the financial head of cocaine, between Arauca, Venezuela and Mexico, and he made the decision not to go down this path.

​

At the age of 20, on December 28, 2006, he was kidnapped by a terrorist group in Arauca, for a period of 41 days. Likewise, in parallel, the prayer chain was created by members of the Catholic church, Alianza, and especially the United Pentecostal Church of Colombia IPUC, the prayers were so powerful that the illegals had to release him in exchange for nothing.

At 7 years old, he made three or four pants, he had to sew with a pedal machine, standing at all times, so much so that he could barely watch when the needle went in and out of the fabric, and the pants were left with some imperfections.

In that year, at some point, the national press reached his hands, he saw the promotion of professional careers in Colombia, and at once, he became interested in systems engineering and business administration, together with this his soul was linked to the Japanese discipline.

 

In 1984, his first day of class in first grade, incredibly happy, he ran out of the house, down a narrow path, crossing a creek and arriving at the wooden school, with a dark blue cement floor, at the A few days the children were pronouncing the vowels and numbers at the top of their lungs and in chorus. Fantastic!

In December 1993, Don Jesús Sepúlveda took him to Arauca Capital and introduced him to three people (an engineer, an administrator and a graduate), and at that meeting he asked them to support him, and the three personalities responded yes.

• He supported the first youth council in Arauca Capital, obtaining three of seven youth councilors, competing with the U party and Cambio Radical.

• Entrepreneurship Chair Management for Schools in Arauca.

• Author Chigüire Business Plan Export Type  (Nominated in the Entrepreneur Awards of the Ministry of Commerce, 2007)

• Author of the Lechemax Business Plan (SENA)

• Master Project Advisor

• Participation in the II International High Impact Entrepreneurship Meeting, organized by the Bogotá CCB Chamber of Commerce and the Organization of American States (OAS) (2015).

​SCCC+ SAS project, 2016 to 2023

​

• Between January and August 2016, he worked in alliance with a company on the Caribbean coast, this law firm, withdrew from the project.

• In November 2016, he led the idea of completely transforming the project to support municipalities in a more intelligent way, from the tax, legal, engineering and telecommunications aspects in a unified way.

• In 2019, the valuation of the project was carried out, which amounted to US$3 million. It should be noted that 6 months earlier, they wanted to sell it for only U$57,095 dollars.

• He has gained a team with 30 years of experience with the Secretary of Finance of the Mayor's Office of Bogotá, an Engineer with more than 20 years at a national and international level, and even hundreds of professionals who have contributed to the SCCC+ project.

• And so far it has been 7 years of adventures, bad moments, very happy moments!!, an incredible and unrepeatable experience.

• Likewise, today it leads the process of entering the Spanish market.
